At OJSC for legal entities (companies) and entrepreneurs are opened current accounts in manats, USD, EURO, Russian ruble and Turkish lira. Opening accounts and performing operations through current accounts are carried out under the legislation of Azerbaijan Republic and the internal rules of the Bank. To open current account legal entities and entrepreneurs need submit the following documents: - Notarized copy of the Charter registered with the Ministry of Justice; - Notarized copy of the Certificate of state registration; - Copy of entrepreneur's ID; - Notarized copy of the Certificate issued by the State Statistics Comittee; - Dublicate certificate issued by the Pension Fund; - Dublicate certificate issued by the relevant Tax authoritiy; - Card with signature and legal entity seal specimens; - Summary of the order appointing the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accountant; - Summary about Executive Body of the Bank; - Other documents according to the internal rules of the Bank.
For opening current accounts for branches, representative offices and another sections of the legal entity are demanded the following documents: - Notarized copy of the Main Office's Certificate of state registration; - Charter (original and notarized copy) of the branch, representative office and another section confirmed by the upper authorities; - Dublicate certificate issued by the Pension Fund; - Dublicate certificate issued by the relevant Tax authority; - Summary of the order appointing the branch's representative office's or another section's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accountant; - Summary about Executive Body of the branch, representative office and another section; - Other documents according to the internal rules of the Bank.
Commision rates for opening accounts and performing operations are levied under the tariffs of OJSC "Azer-Turk Bank".
